job summary:Your Competencies:

  • Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes and candidate lifecycles; schedule 20-30 interviews for the entire segment on a daily basis;
  • Serve as main point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies
  • Coordinate on-site interviews and facilitate lineup changes
  • Build trust and communicate cross-functionally with several hiring teams and stakeholders.
  • Determine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewers and recruiters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS, including opening and updating new job requisitions for permanent and temporary positions and ensuring all job postings are up to date.
  • Post openings internally and externally on company website, social media sites and other appropriate media outlets; Jobvite, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Provide a "first class" candidate experience and ensuring a positive experience is delivered to all applicants coming through the hiring process.
  • Coordinate travel for fly-in candidates
  • Manage the candidate reimbursement process.
  • Maintain documentation on each interview process; including interview feedback collection and distribution while maintaining discretion

    • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively; demonstrates initiative - a self-starter who raises their hand for new opportunities, loves learning and is eager to try new things and adapt to learning new processes and changing needs.
    • Ability to prioritize and operate with sense of urgency and grace
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a true customer service orientation towards internal clients.
    • Discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information.

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline required; Human Resources or business preferred.
    • 0-2 years of prior Human Resources experience.
    • Experience with at least one ATS system (Jobvite or Taleo strongly preferred)
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel a plus
