Job Description:

The Coordinator, Global Corporate Communications, Citizenship and Sustainability will support the communication and execution of various global social impact and sustainability business-focused initiatives, both internally and externally. These include but are not limited to: assisting in the development, coordination and implementation of all communications including The Breast Cancer Campaign on behalf of the GCCS team. Additionally, the Coordinator provides comprehensive support and administrative duties to the Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Communications, Citizenship and Sustainabilies

Key Activities:
Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President and other members of the team and coordinate all logistical efforts, including but not limited to calendar management, special events and project coordination with Executive Management and key stakeholders.
Handle expense report for Senior Vice President and corporate meeting card(s). Oversee invoicing and PO management for department and help manage The Breast Cancer Campaign and Global Corporate Communications, Citizenship and Sustainability budget.
Provide key logistical support and coordinate all philanthropic initiatives for GCCS, and ELC's Breast Cancer Campaign. Schedule meetings, interviews, video shoots, public appearances for all media interviews and events for VIPs and key stakeholders.
Draft event briefs, run-of-shows and provide coordination with events/event planning and special projects as well as logistics for ELC tables and guest lists for external corporate events (i.e., BCRF, CEW, etc.).
Monitor the media for coverage for GCCS and Breast Cancer Campaign, and maintain press trackers/press clippings. Assist team with daily press requests.
Draft agendas and maintain project plan and timelines for GCCS Communications and The Breast Cancer Campaign.
Work closely with the Executive Directors and Director, Global Corporate Communications, Citizenship & Sustainability to provide project management support, including materials drafting and calendar scheduling.
Draft memos, recap reports on behalf of Senior Vice President and the larger team as well as maintain team weekly status documents.
Prepare written briefs, talking points and Q&As for key executives and spokespeople. Route materials for approval.
Support drafting of various internal and external communications materials and social media content.
Schedule, coordinate and staff internal executive videos and photoshoots


Minimum Education level: Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 years of relevant communications or public relations experience

1-2 years of relevant administrative experience

Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.):
Utmost ability to maintain confidentiality of extremely sensitive matters
Very strong written communication skills, with a willingness to evolve and tailor writing style to various projects and channels
A solid background in project management with the ability to create and execute a communications plan, meet deadlines and raise issues/concerns as appropriate
An eagerness to deepen understanding of ELC's corporate financial profile and transactions
Grace and discretion dealing with executive officers, other internal management, media, and outside contacts
Willingness to take direction, be flexible, and work as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office suite (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, Power Point) and basic understanding of Apple products.
