As the Solutions Implementation Lead working within the Innovative Patient Solutions team, a part of Global Product & Launch Strategy (GPLS), Takeda's Global Commercial Strategy unit, you will coordinate project strategic planning of new solutions with relevant functions/teams to ensure successful launch readiness. A typical day will include: POSITION OBJECTIVES: Develop all relevant materials (toolkit, playbook, roadmap, implementation guidance, etc.) for Regions and LOCs to localize, implement / execute new solutions Develop metrics / dashboards and measurement to support outcomes delivery and solution effectiveness assessment (in preparation for solution launch and to enable post-launch insights integration) Support key LOCs/Regions in the implementation of new and existing/legacy solutions for priority assets POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: Collaborate with LOCs to: 1. Define and screen feasibility of solution concept (regulatory, legal, other consideration). 2. Get inputs on resource and requirement planning associated with go to market model Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, Ethics, Global Data Council, Commercial IT, Enterprise Digital teams to ensure compliant and scalable backbone integration for tech-based solutions as well as relevant processes and frameworks are connected Partners with the Patient Value team to ensure that rollout insights and the feasibility assessment / implementation guidance are reflected in the final solution strategy Participates to launch readiness meetings to ensure new solutions planning is included in the overall launch readiness plan Test solution prototype in real world setting Communicate and provide support to Regions on how/when to use new solutions Provides metrics/dashboards on new solutions launch effectiveness and impact to IPS team, GPLS franchises and Regions Interpret KPIs and analyze results to propose solutions for broader implementation Supports development and adoption of tools that will enhance IPS team competencies which are needed for solution commercialization EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Required: Bachelor's degree required, Masters a plus 10 years' experience in bringing life-transforming medicines and solutions to patients and integrating them into healthcare systems Project Management experience Global or Regional function experience working with LOCs Experience in defining project plan and managing project teams Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Effective November 1, 2021, absent an approved religious or medical reason, all US office-based and lab-based Takeda employees who work fully on-site or in a hybrid model (as determined by Takeda) must be fully vaccinated to work at a Takeda site or to engage with Takeda colleagues or anyone else on behalf of Takeda.
