Job Description:

A self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; experience in configuring and supporting all aspects of Workday along with keen attention to detail timing. The Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday platform while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Support the maintenance of the Workday platform as a technical expert applying best practices
  • Perform Workday administrative functions which may include security maintenance, data audits, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations
  • Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions
  • Play a significant role in our Workday implementation; lead and facilitate trainings with various members of our global team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
  • Model best practice components of customer service to support our growing team
    Who You Are
    • 3+ years' experience with Workday in an Admin role, preferably at a startup or other growing/distributed organization
    • Experience with ERP/CRM and Databases
    • Experience with ticketing systems (i.e., JIRA, Remedy, etc.)
    • Adaptable and resilient; you can prioritize and re-prioritize to meet changing business needs with grace
    • A natural problem-solver; you're process-oriented, and can easily identify areas for improvement
    • Patient and empathetic; you enjoy leading trainings for People Ops and other key stakeholders, and enjoy helping others learn to use new technologies
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
    • A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
