The role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Customer Experience Team in New York.

In this role, you are the primary point of contact with our customers providing top level customer support. As a member of the Customer Experience Team, you will be accountable for maintaining the high standards of the company and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. To develop your skills for this role, you will undergo an extensive training program so you can become well-versed in company operations as well as the intricacies of the customer experience department. Once you have completed the program, you will be expected to manage all customer experience matters in line with your responsibilities which are outlined below. Given the dynamic nature of our industry, it is imperative that you bring passion and flexibility to this role with a willingness to adapt quickly and evolve to ever changing circumstances.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

--- Communicate with clients via live chat, email and telephone
--- Perform personal clientele analysis and take action as required
--- Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure outstanding customer service is provided
--- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
--- Cooperate effectively with other departments as required
--- Contribute to team effort to achieve targets
--- Successfully navigate through extremely sophisticated operational issues
--- Be highly successful diffusing negative client situations

Main requirements:

--- Degree in a business-related field
--- Excellent oral and written skills in English
--- Ability to work independently and effectively, as part of a team, while prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
--- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
--- Excellent computer literacy
