As our Group Account Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day strategic and tactical leadership across a large brand by managing and delivering projects in a timely, efficient, and highly communicative manner while assuring client satisfaction with multiple stakeholders across the ecosystem. This role will be working on one of EVERSANA's complete commercialization accounts (one of our largest in the agency); very high profile.
We are flexible on location (Remote OK); strict West Coast hours are not necessary, but some flexibility is needed since the client is in CA.
The types of client deliverables that we focus on in this area of the Agency include:1) medical communications activities (e.g., KOL management, coordination of advisory boards, speaker trainings and peer-to-peer programs, in addition to digital and online initiatives and slide presentation development)2) promotional advertising deliverables (e.g., creative campaigns, patient and physician loyalty programs, sales materials, digital marketing and media planning).
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities: What's required to make an impactful contribution?You will have---

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' pharmaceutical agency experience is required
  • You will have experience with P2P programming; a med comms background would be very helpful
  • Specific experience providing sales support for rep-driven KOL speaker programs is neededYou should demonstrate seasoned expertise in the following ---
    • Strong relationship builder, with excellent Client engagement skills - inception through delivery in a variety of therapeutic areas and deliverables
    • Strong people leader, with experience managing direct reports with a mentorship mindset for growth and career advancement
    • You will be a proactive problem solver
    • You will be curious in nature to stay informed on current trends and industry happenings
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
    • Strong computer skills, especially PPT and MS ExcelWith this knowledge you will---
      • Support scope development and execution
      • Manage $5-10 million in revenue including reporting and productivity compliance; prepares regular forecasts and budget reconciliations. Inclusive of the revenue responsibility, is a 10% organic growth target
      • Assist creative lead and planner in executing creative and all promotional initiatives; ensures delivery of high-quality product (i.e., excellent creative, on target strategically, and on time and budget)
      • Be a cross functional team lead, engage and facilitate communication among internal agency departments and with all client contacts in order to resolve conflict, celebrate success, and achieve strong team and client relationships; properly interprets client feedback and provides direction to internal team
      • Set clear team priorities; communicates brand objectives and strategies; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks
      • Ensure agency processes and documentation completion; keeps Sr. management apprised of critical client concerns and opportunities
      • Actively participate in strategic client presentations, selling and defending the agency's point of view.
      • Challenge strategies and directions not aligned with the brand positioning; helps identify brand barriers, positioning, and strategies
      • Provide training support to new client managers who are acclimating to advertising and branding principles, and the implementation processes
      • Provide management direction and developmental support to direct reports in preparation for future positions; provides challenging and stretching assignments; empower others by providing opportunities for task management; shares ownership and visibility
      • Facilitate agency performance evaluation, development plans, and MBO plans; holds frequent development discussions and addresses areas requiring improvement
      • Attend all appropriate client meetings, market research, conventions; document key learnings
      • Gather and contribute appropriate insights, facts, and data to foster the planning and creative processes for the client and agency team
      • Stay current with industry news and competitive environment to continually expand knowledge; shares articles of interest with brand and internal teams
      • Periodic travel required
