If you're wired to raise your hand and ask, "Where can I help?", you'll thrive with us.The ideal candidate will serve as a lead Systems Engineer supporting various organization-wide infrastructure initiatives with limited oversight. This role will consult, engineer, and deliver technical solutions and achieve infrastructure objectives with a high emphasis on showing results and business value. This role can be 100% remote.Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Create and maintain an on-premise cloud, software-defined data center infrastructure for both bare-metal and virtual machines with the appropriate SAN, network, or local storage configurations, using both OEM and third-party tools that include virtual storage tools and services.
    • Automate and provision/configure all required resources for servers
    • Administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environment
    • Support the operations and maintenance of the VMware virtual infrastructure, including, but not limited to, vCenter and the full vRealize Suite.
    • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks, such as automated provisioning storage with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).Skills and Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
      • 10+ yrs industry expertise with enterprise infrastructure solution development (physical compute, networking, storage, or Software-Defined Data Center concepts).
      • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is required.
      • 8+ Years of Strong experience with Windows/Linux VM hosted on VMware ESXi.
      • 8+ Years of experience with Windows Administration (Active Directory, domain replication, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, MECM/SCCM, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019)
      • Understanding of storage (SAN\NAS) connectivity from VSphere, mounting LUNs
      • Knowledge of Hardware (Server HPE /DELL), Azure Stack HCI, VSAN, Kubernetes, Storage Arrays.
      • Good scripting and automation techniques (PowerShell, Chef, Ansible, Terraform)
      • Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 and 2019
      • Solid background in vendor management to drive incident resolution.
