  • Full lifecycle recruiting (preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, hiring) across multiple departments.
  • Able to tackle a broad range of positions and levels, from entry level to senior.
  • Assure a positive experience for candidates and team members throughout the interview process – ongoing communication, attentive follow up, building rapport
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to establish requirements and priorities in hiring process.
  • Tracking and updating status information in recruiting platforms
  • Responsible for job posting, resume review and vetting
  • Autonomy in managing your work and responsibilities with flexibility and variety
  • Strong sense of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Work closely with HR/Talent around the continuous improvement of hiring practices.
  • Partner on team projects for interview training, DEI initiatives, hiring events, and more.REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience and skilled across disciplines and levels
    • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline. Ability to attract passive candidates.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a blend of professionalism and friendliness
    • Ability to collaborate with a team and comfortable working independently
    • Relationship building and critical thinking
    • Knowledgeable about current talent trends and keeping abreast of new technology and practices
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and experience with recruiting tools
    • Friendly and professional demeanor
