We -champion -a creative culture, and we -strive to continuously foster an environment of inclusion in which you are inspired to bring your whole self to the work.Who we are looking for: Grey is seeking an Account Supervisor (AS) to join an integrated team a high-profile pharmaceutical client; responsibilities for these brands include DTC, HCP and Global communications. -Success in this role requires an understanding of both DTC and HCP and while is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of marketing and strategies for our HCP clients. The Account Supervisor will be focusing on the US HCP business. The AS is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of marketing and strategies for our clients, including deep understanding of the therapeutic category and brand goals. The AS acts an advisor and strategist with clients to drive marketing strategy across all segments, influences multiple or large scale to mid-level client relationship and is responsible for managing the workload and profitability of the assigned business.The AS develops strong relationships with clients providing recommendations and proactively anticipating day-to-day needs/issues. -The AS plays a role in supervising and developing the AAEs and AEs, Sr. AEs, as well as partners with other departments to ensure deliverables are achieved on time, on budget and on strategy. -What you will do: On any given day you can expect to,

  • Partner with account and cross discipline leadership to oversee the translation of our clients vision into a roadmap that will achieve client goals, striving consistently to make Famously Effective work.
  • Key point person for all day-to-day client communication across multiple teams.
  • Manage and implement projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision; create accurate budgets and schedules, manage budget with the help of the account leadership and Finance
  • Develop strong internal relationships with all disciplines, effective day-to-day management of the agency team in terms of direction and guidance
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare market and competition, with a perspective and POV on trends that brings innovative thinking and ensures leadership quality deliverables.
  • Oversee junior account members, ensuring execution of projects are within scope and deliver towards the client's brief.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the client's business, category and competition
  • Oversee and manage legal approval process and talent tracking for all advertising.What you will need:
    • Proven track record of managing team and developing staff within account and other disciplines
    • Experience and established approach in building relationships that result in new, profitable revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth with existing clients
    • Experience negotiating SOW and contracts, effective forecasting, scoping with relationships within PM and Finance departments.
    • Foster strong cohesive working interdisciplinary teams
    • 5+ years' experience within Pharmaceutical Advertising or public health communications, branded and unbranded a plus.Who you are:
