Job Description:
Position Overview
S:US Is seeking a Residential Specialist for our family shelter in
the Bronx.
The Residential Specialist -staff member will be responsible for
ensuring a safe environment and that tenants are adhering to House
Rules and program policies, monitoring surveillance systems, and
acting as a role model to tenants and encourage program
participation. In this role you will provide necessary support to
residents for a variety of issues, make hourly observation rounds
and document in the communication log, communicate incidents to
supervisory staff via written incident reports and communication
log, and attend staff meetings. You will also provide frontline
crisis intervention, answer phones and route calls as needed,
ensure reception area is tidy, and perform other duties as
requested by supervisor.
This position is located at Echo Place Bronx, NY 10457
Salary: USD $32,780.80/Yr.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

and residents wellbeing
Qualifications
Effective August 30, 2021, unless granted a reasonable
