Job DescriptionAbout Dinara:Dinara is reimagining enterprise banking services to combine crypto and fiat assets on one integrated platform where any company can hold and transact safely, securely, and quickly. We are on a mission to reduce friction for any enterprise to hold and transact in crypto and fiat. About the Role:Were looking for our first Head of Talent to build the talent function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to own and scale hiring and culture in a very early stage organization that is poised for growth. The Head of Talent is a particularly vital role for Dinara as we are a fully remote company and plan to add 2-4 people per month to the team across all functions including engineering, customer success, legal, reg and compliance, and marketing. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Talent will be responsible for both recruiting and people operations. For recruiting, the person will design and manage Dinaras outreach strategy that identifies, screens and hires a pipeline of the best talent available and successfully onboard new hires. For people ops, the person will develop and implement organizational structures and strategies that help employees be more productive at work and ensure our growing team has an exceptional experience working at Dinara.As a startup, we exist in an environment of uncertainty and one of the most intense job markets in US history. The role will require an exceptional ability to embrace ambiguity, move quickly, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders with limited information. We are looking for someone who will evolve in the role to take on increasing responsibilities.RequirementsYou will:Talent Acquisition

  • Serve as ambassador and build the companys reputation among potential hires
  • Manage talent acquisition resources including both internal staff and external consultants
  • Build a diverse pipeline of exceptional candidates across multiple functions
  • Create a robust, equitable, and effective hiring process that moves at a fast pace without losing sight of making values-aligned hires
  • Own the build out and effective utilization of our Applicant Tracking System
  • Hire and onboard employees and ensure they have access to resources and tools needed to be successful and productive in their roles
  • Build and own hiring and people KPIs and dashboards to provide visibility to the leadership team of hiring versus plan and potential bottlenecks before they happenPeople Operations
    • Serve as Dinaras expert on all people operations processes, policies and tools
    • Be a champion and model of Dinaras culture and values. Ensure that the culture and values are aligned with the Dinaras mission and goals
    • Map out the employee journey and and ensure exceptional employee experiences where they matter the most
    • Develop and implement organizational structures and strategies that help employees be more productive at work
    • Design and manage employee assessments including 360 Feedback Cycle, Engagement Surveys and Performance Assessments.
    • Design and deploy employee learning, training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and achievement of company goals
    • Ensure employee benefits and perks are aligned with company goals and values
    • Own the implementation and use of people tools and technologies including but not limited to the HRIS
    • Captured and report on People Ops and Talent Acquisition metricsYou have:
      • 5-8 years experience with increasing responsibility in talent acquisition and/or people operations experience with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
      • At least 2-4 years experience in a high-growth technology company with exposure to all-remote or hybrid environments
      • Superior communication and organizational skills with the ability to effective communicate at multiple levels and across functions with in the company
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative work style
      • Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally
      • Knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle, with the ability to recommend and implement process-oriented and/or operational solutions to improve the employee experience
      • Experience with leading applicant tracking systems and HRISs.
      • Strong problem solving and organizational skills - able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environmentYou are:
