Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our operations team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the position will work closely with Amogy's leadership and Team Leads to develop a comprehensive hiring strategy for our growing company. This position will own the full talent search cycle, from development of job descriptions, active search, and initial screening. Crucial to this role will be nurturing long term partnerships with academic and other relevant institutions to create a strong pool of talent to support future growth. This position is ideal for an individual who is looking for the opportunity to make an impact with a growing and ambitious early stage startup in the clean energy sector.

Responsibilities
Collaborates with leadership and Team Leads to meet the company's hiring goals year over year.
Supports Team Leads with development of job descriptions.
Works with HR and leverages external data sources to ensure that compensation ranges are competitive with the market.
Supports operations team to develop and refine the hiring and onboarding process.
Coordinates hiring of temporary staff as needed to support technical milestones.
Is the first point of contact for offer negotiations.
Establishes partnerships with specialized staffing agencies as needed and manages the relationship.
Develops and nurtures relationships with universities and other relevant institutions to create a robust pipeline of technical talent.
Special projects as required by the position.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering field or equivalent professional experience in a laboratory or technical environment.
3 to 5 years of recruiting highly technical talent.
Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and is able to translate the Amogy's vision and speak compellingly about the company to highly technical talent.
Able to lead offer negotiations independently, enlisting support as needed.
Experience recruiting for a startup or fast-growing hardware startup -is a plus.
Collaborative, self-starter, organized and detailed. Feels a strong sense of ownership of responsibilities.
High preference for working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Strong ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a fast-growing company.
Interest in clean technology, decarbonization and mobility.
Willingness to travel as needed.
