Search Coordinator-Boutique Global Executive Search Firm, DOE + bonus/benefits A wonderful opportunity with an amazing team and company culture! The company offers a HYBRID schedule (3 days in office/2 remote) - must be able to commute to NYC As a Search Coordinator-You'll help support in the successful delivery of high-quality searches for our clients.
*0-2 years of experience, someone genuinely interested in recruiting/executive search Search Coordinators are critical members of our firm. Working closely with our search team, you'll be responsible for the coordination, administration, and organization of searches.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and updating client projects
  • Liaising with colleagues, clients and candidates via phone and email to coordinate interviews and meetings
  • Extensive scheduling and complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Scheduling and organising video conferences, phone calls, and in-person meetings as needed
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases
  • Data entry and preparation of bios and long list reports
  • Preparing PowerPoint, pitch materials and research reports
  • Handling switchboard enquiries, and other general office administration as required
  • Diary Management for team members
  • Research for team members and creation of 'GetSmart' PacksWe're looking for:
    Most importantly, you'll be a high energy, positive and collaborative person. In addition to that, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills:
    • Attention to detail, and the ability to organise multiple priorities and deadlines
    • High level of professionalism, confidence and clarity when dealing stakeholders internally and externally
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems and databases
    • Strong project coordination and communication skills
    • Team work - demonstrating collaboration and support for wider team where required (including contributing to the smooth running of the office day to day)
