The Role:
The People + Culture team is looking to hire a Talent Sourcer to help support the fast-paced, strategic growth of the TIME organization. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, this position will play an integral role in identifying, sourcing and assessing top talent.

We're looking for a sourcer/recruiter who has 2-3 years of experience with a variety of sourcing techniques and strategies -- and is able to consistently balance a high requisition load. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with recruiters and supporting hiring managers, helping to provide consistent and inclusive talent slates, all while providing an excellent candidate experience. Having the ability to identify and source passive talent is a plus.

You will be an energized ambassador for TIME and often the first face of our company, mission and values to candidates. It's crucial that you possess strong communication skills, are able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and are comfortable interfacing with leaders across the company.

Support full-lifecycle recruitment for 10-15 requisitions simultaneously across the TIME organization by reviewing applications, screening 8-15 viable candidates per week and making recommendations to lead recruiters.
Work with Talent Acquisition team members on real-time tracking of open requisitions and the status of active searches
Utilize TIME's applicant tracking systems to track and maintain candidate stages through all open requisitions with a high-level of data integrity
Fulfill TIME's commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the recruitment process.

Knowledgeable about the media industry is preferred
Experience sourcing/recruiting at least one of the following types of positions: tech, product, marketing/creative/design, editorial and/or production (film/tv/digital).
Experienced working with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other similar tools. Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
Thorough and polished in all forms of communication (written and verbal), and consistent with follow-up (keeping candidates and hiring managers abreast of the interview process)
Attentive to details
Proactive, collaborative, and mission-oriented
Entrepreneurial -- able to work in a fast-paced, "startup" environment
Eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship
Have a global mindset. You engage with the world with an open mind and broad multi-cultural appreciation and sensitivity.

This is a contract/non-exempt opportunity with an anticipated timeline of April 2022 through July 2022
