As a Commercial Customer Success Manager, you will lead the renewal process with our US customers and maintain deep, ongoing relationships with a wide range of organizations. Proactively identify areas for growth in your account base by demonstrating your abilities, whilst nurturing internal and external relationships to ensure the success of our clients. Working with HR leaders, company executives and managers to gain a detailed understanding of how the customer's organization works will allow you to identify what success looks like to their partners, and the resources and support required to help them reach these goals. About the Role You will act as the primary commercial owner of a base of Peakon customers, actively seeking out any upsell and cross-sell opportunities, whilst also ensuring renewal. Being responsible for renewals across our US account base, will give you the opportunity to develop and shape the renewal strategy from the beginning. Owning the planning, coordination and execution of renewing and growing customers within your book of business will also be expected. Drawing on usage data and other information, you will craft a segmented approach to engaging and growing accounts. It will be also be relevant to optimize the renewal approach and process that are in place, to understand how we are doing and how we can improve and learn. You will also program manage and collaborate cross-functionally, influence partners, and drive execution, in particular with the Account Management team and the broader Customer Success function. Whilst a commercial role, it is expected that a Commercial CCSM will help our customers to embed employee voice in their organization and demonstrate how key collaborators throughout the organisation can act on the feedback and analysis provided by the platform. Guiding your main contacts, through regular business reviews and touchpoints, will ensure multi-threading and increased opportunities to successfully grow and renew customers - creating a tailored yet scalable approach to account management. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with many teams internally and support your teammates on projects and through knowledge sharing. Managing your own book of business, and working towards an annual quota Project managing challenging and dynamic customer activities, including attendance at quarterly business reviews Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and retaining them Running the account renewal process for a number of accounts Identifying account growth and expansion opportunities Supporting cross / up-sell activities About You Basic Qualifications 2 years of proven relevant work experience in account management, customer success or sales role with commercial and/or renewal responsibility. Demonstrate past commercial achievements and work towards monthly, quarterly and annual critical metrics. Ability to present and interact with C-Level teams with confidence, integrity and professionalism. Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Other Qualifications Solid understanding and previous use of Salesforce.com and Gainsight would be a benefit. Resilience and strong negotiation skills. Outgoing and eager to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers and partners in a wide variety of industries. Self-sufficient and proactive demeanor, able to identify upselling opportunities and closing out renewals ahead of time.
