do:The Risk Group helps the Bank achieve its vision of being on the

world to shape a better economy for all. The Risk Group is
responsible for independent risk oversight and actionable risk
insight that enables achievement of the Bank's mission outcomes in
all environments. The Risk Group Controls Testing Program
Specialist will design and lead the execution of the Bank's
operational controls testing program using risk management
practices that help the Bank more effectively and efficiently
manage process-based risks. Key areas of focus include controls
testing methodology, prioritization of testing plans, continuous
monitoring, and executive level reporting.Your Role as Risk Group
Controls Testing Program Specialist:
- Develop, design, and lead execution of the Risk Group's
strategic vision for the operational controls testing program and
provide ongoing program oversight.
- Define and implement standards, policies, associated guidance,
and roles and responsibilities for the controls testing program,
including reporting, monitoring, and oversight.
- Formulate an integrated and independent view of the Bank's
control environment leveraging, when appropriate, authoritative
standards and benchmarks.
- Facilitate effective communication amongst risk management
experts to foster engagement, collaboration, and efficiency.
- Explore diverse risk perspectives through open dialog and
regular interaction across the three lines of defense to promote
risk-informed decision making.
- Champion continuous improvement methodology to assess, monitor,
and enhance controls testing program to achieve ultimate
- Inspire, influence, and lead a culture of decision-making
through data-driven insights and analytics.
- Disseminate industry advancements in processes, governance, and
frameworks to controls testing practitioners.What we are looking
