as you take on some tough challenges. -Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain application servers, troubleshoot issues, maintain
documentation, coordinate with Optum IT security Create
automations, tools, software for team Help maintain existing ETL
processes and develop/implement new processes as needed Perform
security and server patches, system upgrades, implement and
maintain alert systems Build and maintain professional working
relationships with technical staff from multiple internal and
external customers Provide dedicated premium level technical
support of the CES application servers Develop SQL queries and
scripts for troubleshooting purposes and to provide resolutions to
technical issues Create technical documentation and product alerts
for known issues that contain detailed issue descriptions,
resolutions, and workarounds Act as advocate for clients as you
liaison with Optum security and environment administrators
Collaborate with Implementation and AMS support teams including
implementation projects and client support Develop, document, and
maintain best practices for managing servers Create/manage/refine
resource monitoring utilities for application and database servers
Create/manage ad-hoc scripting to support database backups and
restorations As a Service Level Owner (SLO): - Ensure our servers
are performing to peak performance, assist App Techs in diagnosing
issues and resolving performance problems Keep disaster recovery
and business continuity plans up to date Lead and/or assist in
developing and leading SLO activities Positions in this function
create and deliver high quality system solutions for our
applications, products and services across all technology
functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to
define business processes and the information systems for
supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform
analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and
refine business requirements. They provide technical support in
developing systems that are cost effective and meet users'
requirements. This function works to create systems that work
together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods
consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current
system improvements and maintenance along with new system
development. -Will review the work of others, develop innovative
approaches, be sought out as expert, and server as a leader and
mentor. -You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in

on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide
development for other roles you may be interested in.Required
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience maintaining Windows servers
- 2+ years of experience working in Systems Analysis, systems
support, or IT development - Experience in Production Software
Support - Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree - Experience with
monitoring tools, such as Grafana or similar - - Experience with
scripting tools, such as Python, PowerShell, or similar -
Experience or familiarity in working with the CES (Claims Edit
System) software - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple

or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents
is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada
residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
