Role Overview
Sales is the market facing engine of our Company. Our Sales team is a talented diverse group of people who are passionate about evangelizing our vision of" Let's Code Less and Do More!"
The Enterprise Accounts team at Genesis Global consists of the largest Banking and Financial organizations in America segmented into regional territories. As one of Genesis Global Enterprise Account Executives, you will work closely with your RVP, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to drive the full sales cycle from identifying new leads and prospects to closing valuable customers. You will be challenged and supported by the best in the industry as you navigate your own path to success.
How youll play your part at Genesis - Assess the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize Genesis revenue potential - Owning an account plan including, revenue plan, relationship map, and strategically driving sales to a close across Genesis' suite of products - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule - Owning and driving the entire sales process from origination to close - Educate customers on how Genesis solutions can benefit them financially and professionally - Initiating and nurturing relationships across key C-suite, Managing Director, and business line-level leaders to influence buying decisions - Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations - Partner with Customer Success Manager group to ensure customer receives maximum value and expedites customer issues as they arise - Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customers specific needs - Collaborate internally with other sales executives and cross-functional groups to knowledge share and bring the best sales experience to your clients - Maintaining and updating account and opportunity data within company systems as directed, including Salesforce.comWhat Youll Bring To The Genesis Team

  • 5 + years of Solution/value selling experience in strategic global accounts within the financial services sector.
  • 3 + years of Enterprise Accounts experience with expertise in banking, asset management, wealth management, or financial markets infrastructure
  • Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution
  • Consultative sales experience, a collaborative leadership style, and experience working cross-functionally to drive the sales process
  • Proven success selling new business and new logo consistently
  • Ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership including the c-suite
  • Confidence while working in a hyper-growth stage company where the product and sales processes are constantly evolving
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical persons with proven experience of working with business stakeholders and external clients.
