better outcomes together!About the Role The Head of Client Services
is a key leadership role at Pagaya Investments. A successful
candidate will join our organization to build and run a team that
will manage the client journey from end-to-end for investors in
Pagaya's funds. They will act as the single point of contact
helping investors navigate Pagaya and will operate as a strategic
partner to build and maintain some of Pagaya's most important
relationships. They will design and implement the strategy,
operations, and team necessary to ensure a best-in-class client
experience from onboarding to client communication to ongoing
client engagement. Responsibilities Design, build, and run a
complete client engagement strategy and team Manage the complete
client journey from onboarding to ongoing strategic partnership
Ensure Pagaya's clients have an excellent single point of contact
Act as a thought leader and strategic partner to Pagaya's founders
on best practices for client management Ensure timely and
actionable reports, research, and communications that enable
strategic engagement with Pagaya's clients Requirements Knowledge
of the alternative investment universe with an emphasis on credit
10+ years of experience as a client facing leader at a premier
asset management firm Demonstrated track record of building and
scaling client facing teams Experience covering a wide array of
client types with an emphasis on institutions Experience in a rapid
