Assistant, your key responsibilities will include the seamless,
efficient running of the office of the CEO. Critical to the success
of this position will be the inclusive management of the EMEA
Executive Assistant to ensure company goals and objectives are
collectively accomplished. Working with a team of high performers,
which requires high standards, meticulous attention to detail and a
proactive approach to all aspects of management. You will manage
the flow of information and communication between the CEO, senior
management, and employees alike. You will drive engagement and
undertake activities that aid the CEO s ability to strengthen
existing relationships and develop new ones. This is a great

growth. You will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional
communication skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Acting as trusted liaison between the CEO regarding the Group
culture, the pulse of the group and project updates.
- Working closely with the CEO s direct reports for business
updates and requesting weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings to
maintain alignment.
- Work closely with the CEO to prioritize, focus and prepare the
CEO for internal and external meetings, as well as helping with
communications within the immediate team.
- Maximize partnerships with key stakeholders and partners; have
an owner mindset across all topics for increased business
impact.
- Perform and oversee general administration/office duties for
the success of the Executive office.
- Identify priority activities for the CEO and track and manage
all associated tasks.
- Be responsible and accountable for all associated workflows, in
a coherent and succinct manner for the Office of the CEO.

- Be the central version of the truth to the CEO.
- You will have access to the CEO s emails, and other
correspondence, and are expected to draft responses as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, strict confidentiality, and exercise

Teamwork
- Close cross-departmental engagement to ensure all workflows,

- Liaise with internal and external executives on various

Initiative
- Plan and direct work dependencies to ensure that the CEO
priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best
practices are upheld.
- Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners
though frequent contact and collaboration.
- Initiate outreach and TBs with contacts from all facets of the
CEO s network.
- Work with the CEO to resolve challenges and remove any elements
of white-noise . Requirements & Skills
- 9+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Previous experience working for MarTech and or SaaS
organizations, Non-Profit/NGO a plus.
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative
solutions.
- Personal Attributes and Other Requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, and
collaborative environment while effectively managing a variety of
internal stakeholders across a diversity of disciplines.
- Proven track record of navigating through ambiguity, and a
demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances and
demands.
- Experienced in strategic planning, execution, building
relationships and working with executives.
- Manages confidentiality without exception; demonstrates
outstanding judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and
coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Advanced IT skills (including familiarity with G-Suite
applications).
- Critical thinking to anticipate issues before they arise.
- Advanced presentation and copy-editing skills
