Catalog SME****Role Overview:**The Sr. Service Catalog SME is a key
member of the team, leading the team, assisting the lead, or
working independently. This person will lead or work independently
designing, developing, and implementing deliverables conducting
research and performing analysis. The Sr. Service Catalog SME
focuses on all the ITIL service management lifecycle stages and
several its processes within an outsourcing bid, consulting
assignment or an implementation. They will be responsible for
aspects of the overall delivery.**Responsibilities:**+ Undertake
consulting work including Information Technology (IT) service and
governance reviews and health checks, service audit, benchmarking,
trend analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), compliance reviews
and service design solutions to address service issues to both
prospects & customers.+ Provides leadership and participates in
implementing new requirements on the Now platform regarding ITSM
Processes and ServiceNow.+ Contributes to Pre-Sales by assisting in
the pre-qualification process and with due diligence.+ During
implementations:+ Assists with the discovery process+ Oversees
specific/multiple work streams including managing resources and
budgets; ensures ITIL aligned processes, procedures and work
instructions are produced to required standard and are trained
upon+ Ensures any related Service Integration for services by
multiple service towers and providers is in place+ Supports and
delivers to the standard transition project model+ Leads the
Platform Support Team in implementation of technical good
practices, policies, and procedures+ Aligns ServiceNow platform
capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap+ Provides
architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new
requirements+ Provides service management expertise including
training, mentoring, & staff augmentation.+ Builds customer
relationships by delivering above client expectations on assigned
deliverables and accounts for proactively identifying & winning add
on work and identifying cross sales leads.+ Stays current on
ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.**Skills
Required:**+ Facilitation and interpersonal skills with strong
verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate plus
analytical skills+ Project management skills to ensure all
deliverables with experience of working to budgets/forecasting+
Operational management/service delivery experience+ Awareness of
several Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)+ Experience of
designing, developing, and/or implementing ITIL aligned processes+
Regulatory Compliance Awareness including ISO 20000, GDPR, Sarbanes
Oxley (SOX) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
compliance**Certifications:**+ ITIL certified+ ITIL V4 preferred+
ServiceNow CSM (Certified Service Management) Certification (Must
Have)+ Prince 2 practitioner certified (desirable)+
