JOB Through our nationally recognized Child Development Center
(CDC), we offer protective, supportive and nurturing programs which
help young children through those of elementary school age.
Children may have a range of behavioral, developmental, and
emotional difficulties. The nursery provides a highly structured,
small group classroom for children ages 3-5, focusing on
developmental delays in communication, social responsiveness, play
skills, motor development, sensory processing, and attention and
learning deficits. The 1:1 Para Teacher Assistant is assigned to an
individual student mandated by the Committee on Preschool Special
Education (CPSE) to receive 1:1 assistance/supervision throughout
the school day to meet the child s individual behavior management
needs and keep them safe.Please note this is a temporary position.
TO QUALIFY The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented
professionals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender
expressions with the following qualifications:
- High School diploma and preschool special education
experience.
- Student in related course of study is preferred. We respect
