Do you have experience working in Loss Prevention and/or Security? Are you looking to work in a fast paced setting? If so, this may be the job for you!Responsibilities
  • Provide a strong visual presence at the entrance/exit through courteous greeting and professional interactions with customers and others on the team
  • Exercise outstanding communication skills, good judgment, flexibility, integrity, and collaboration
  • Ensure that the customer bag-check policy is being enforced
  • Maintain a safe store environment by consistently monitoring the sales floor and tending to any safety hazards in a timely manner
  • Identify and address theft indicators and/or safety concerns; may respond to emergencies and assist in evacuations
  • Communicate all suspicious activity to store management and work together to find solution
  • Must be comfortable working in a public setting during the COVID-19 pandemic, and must be willing and able to enforce policies as they relate to the COVID-19 safety protocolsQualifications
    • Previous experience in a loss prevention role
    • Able to effectively communicate with co-workers, management, and law-enforcement
    • A calm head when dealing with safety issues, including dealing with suspects who engage in aggressive behavior
    • Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on the company apprehensions guidelines
    • Ability to identify internal and external theft red flags
    • Must be able to stand / walk sales floor for several hours at a time
