Job OverviewThe EHS Customer Support Coordinator will provide administrative support for active environmental remediation projects. They will also manage Pall Corporations' environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitment to customers. This will include direct social, environmental, and EHS queries, third party environmental assessment system maintenance and upkeep, and support of internal energy & environmental sustainability programs and systems.This person will manage Pall's EHS & ESG data & systems for approximately 250 critical customers that span Pall's broad Micro-E, industrial, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Biopharm, and Medical business units.Job FunctionsServes as system administrator for ESG reporting systems including EcoDesk, EcoVadis, RBA, CDP and internal sustainability reporting softwareCoordinates sustainability management data collection, internally verifies data, and executes analysis to identify trends, opportunitiesPartners with Director, Global Facilities and Sustainability to coordinate internal and external consistent branded messaging to customers and interested parties regarding Pall environmental sustainability projects and activitiesCoordinate multiple partners and facilitate gap assessments and road maps for improving critical customer ESG metricsMaintain field service training records and provide to customers when requested via online documentation submissionSupport legal team on remediation reporting, responses and project trackingMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in EHS management, Environmental Management/Science, Sustainability, or similarAt least 5-7 years with environmental remediation project support, sustainability management, EHS or environmental managementIT systems skills including MS Office suite, SharePoint, & MS TeamsKnowledge of the fundamentals of US Federal EPA rules and laws, as well as knowledge of companion state laws and regulationUnderstanding of environmental sustainability standards and protocolsKnowledge of OSHA construction and industrial regulationsExcellent organizational and presentation skillsAbility to travel within the United States up to 15% of the timePreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in environmental, engineering, or other technical field of studySystem administration skills in systems like SAP, Gensuite or similar EHS enterprise data management systemExperience in the life sciences industry - medical device, pharmaceutical, Biopharm industriesDanaher Corporation and all Danaher Companies are equal opportunity employers that evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other characteristics protected by law.
