In this role you will provide an effective, efficient, accurate and professional HR service covering full administrative, operational and project management support to the Americas HR team.   • To ensure the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes
  • To ensure all administration procedures and processes are fully documented for the on-site team
  • To conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates prior to, during and after engagement/employment
  • Strive to exceed expectation wherever possible and offer additional assistance to the teamResponsibilities:
    • Process, track and follow up on on boarding for new joiners
    • Manage and maintain relevant trackers for all open roles
    • Schedule candidate interviews
    • When needed host HR New Hire Orientation
    • Enter job descriptions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Initiate and implement improvements to systems and processes
    • Main point of contact between the business and vendors (agencies)
    • Handle recruitment reporting
    • Generate offer letters
    • Initiate screening process
    • Work in partnership with the recruitment and programme teams to ensure a seamless end to end on boarding process
    • Ensure correct data is inputted and maintained in the ATS
    • Understand the Recruiter's role and offer additional administration support
    • Ad hoc projectsProfile
      • Degree within Human Resources or similar field
      • Service and delivery focused with very professional attitude
      • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
      • Prioritizing effectively is an essential skill
      • Ability to work to tight deadlines is a highly essential skill
      • Experience of working in a client/customer care environment is highly desirable
      • Excellent team player, must also be people orientated
      • Able to work autonomously
      • Organized and methodical with a strong attention to detail
      • Able to provide an effective, professional and timely response to the client and candidates
      • Highly responsive with excellent ability to absorb information quickly
