    • Teach elementary sections in specific content areas, operating with the belief that all students can and want to learn
    • Plan individual student and class objectives using assessment data, student work, and other relevant resources
    • Collaborate with our school Principal, Department Head, and subject teachers to continuously improve and iterate on curricula
    • Prioritize each Prospect students academic and social-emotional developmentAbout YouCharacteristics

      • Bachelors degree required; masters degree in education strongly preferred

          • Employees at Prospect Schools are provided with a competitive salary. Our salaries are set through a lens of equity, and based on an individuals skills, education, and years of experience relevant to the role.
