Job Description:

We are partnering with our client to assist with their search for a Recruiting Administrative Assistant. Our client is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. They offer online or in-person, gold-standard, evidence-based care for those struggling with mental health and learning disorders. When they help children, teens and young adults, it benefits the whole family.

The Recruiting Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the HR senior management-level staff and performing a variety of tasks to support the operations of the Human Resources department.

*Responsibilities: *

* Provide administrative support for HR executives; maintain calendar appointments, email correspondence, coordination of meetings and taking meeting minutes.
* Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner, independently follow-up on deliverables as appropriate.
* Responsible for department billing and invoicingAudit and process department invoices/bills

Ensure invoice amounts match quotes and coveragesTimely respond to vendor/customer inquiries regarding billing or request for invoices

* Liaison between HR and Legal department to manage department-related contracts.
* Assist with organizing and managing HR database information and documentation.
* Answer employees' questions and provide requested information.
* May be asked to assist with other responsibilities/tasks to support HR department needs (e.g., benefits, recruiting)
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

*Qualifications: *

*Required Skills/Abilities: *

* Proven ability to self-maintain calendar, appointments, emails, and create presentations, among other administrative duties.
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and produce the desired results.
* Ability to work well without supervision and in a team environment, determine priorities and assume initiative.
* Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive. Passionate about HR operations and you would like to give your contribution in supporting and creating a great company culture.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
* Strong people and project management skills.
* Self-reliant and results oriented.

*Education and Experience: *

* Associate degree preferred or combination of education and work experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of Excel
* 1-3 years of support experience across multi departments. Previous working experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a HR department
* Familiarity with HCM systems; experience with ADP system preferred
* Prior experience with non-profit preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
