We're looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Leasing Receptionist to join The Douglaston Companies. Essential duties and responsibilities: *

* Meet and greet potential clients
* Answer multiple phone lines
* Respond to incoming email queries on a timely basis
* Organize and document high volume leasing traffic
* Assist with client services
* Assist with appointment scheduling
* Maintain the leasing office
* Assist rental agents when needed

*Qualifications, skills, and abilities: *

* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent phone and e-mail etiquette
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word)
* Prior office experience preferred

Salary Range: *
$20.00-25.00/ hr.
