Job Description:
A university has a current position open for a Remote University
Operations Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following
responsibilities:
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend/develop new
ones
Be a liaison between team and the project managers to ensure
accurate updates
Be a primary contact for numerous partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
HSD/GED plus 2+ years of related experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Build relationships internally and externally
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Process development and improvement experience, including use of
data
Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
