Crisis Support Specialist II - Qualified Mental Health Provider
(QMHP)
Base salary plus incentive eligibility up to $62,280 annually.
Eligible for $2,000 sign on bonus.

As a full-time Crisis Support Specialist II, you will provide
direct care to clients, assist with assessments, and partner with
admissions for client placement. You will develop Individualized
Treatment Plans, provide direct treatment interventions to
children, youth, and adults who are in a behavioral health crisis
to intervene and stabilize behaviors and prevent hospitalization
and loss of placement.
The selected candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
in a human service field and at least one year of experience
providing mental health services to children or adolescents. All
employees are required to be registered with the Board of
Counseling as a Qualified Mental Health Professional - Child
(QMHP-C), - Adult (QMHP-A), or - Trainee (QMHP-T). Please include

Preferred candidates will have direct experience providing mental
health services. Experience providing crisis or emergency services
is strongly preferred.
