The Opportunity: This is an opportunity to advance your career
development in compensation consulting area through participation
in the design, development and implementation of a broad range of
compensation and career strategies programs within corporate,
public sector and higher education client organizations. Projects
will include executive, sales, and broad-based employee pay program
design, compensation architecture, performance management,
organization and job design, career and competency modeling.
Qualifications Requirements:
- 0 - 2+ years of relevant service-oriented compensation program
design, development experience.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in
any major with a quantitative or research curriculum and a writing
component, such as Economics, Finance, or Mathematics.
- Problem solving, analytical and quantitative ability (e.g.,
role to involve building models to accommodate various assumptions

The current salary range for this position is $58,500 to $70,000
plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on
company profitability and employee performance. In addition, Segal

medical and prescription benefits including contributions to a
