Job Summary: Title: Specialist, Digital Marketing & Strategy
(Brands)Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)The Role: Roc
Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Specialist,
Digital Marketing & Strategy. The Digital Marketing Specialist is
responsible for the functional and operational success of all brand
digital channels and reports directly to the Director, Digital
Marketing & Strategy. This individual should be a data-driven,
performance-oriented marketer comfortable with owning
operationally-based digital marketing efforts. Working
cross-functionally, the DMS will facilitate omni-channel success
that drives LTV for clients.Responsibilities:+ Facilitate
operational success of the digital marketing strategy to achieve
desired KPIs across all channels (including Social, Search, Display
and In?uencer Strategy)+ Own the day-to-day management of digital
marketing channels, including social and web+ Proactively map
social media calendars, initiatives and events, and develop
supporting plans+ Create and edit advertising and social media
copy, newsletter and web page layouts+ Own brand content management
and assist in creating editorial stories and opportunities+
Point-of-contact for client KPIs and analytics; providing
recommendations on performance+ Point-of-contact for digital agency
and vendor relationships+ Facilitate end-to-end campaign planning,
partnering with Brand stakeholders, creative, data science, and 3rd
parties to ensure that strategic plans are delivered against KPIs+
Schedule social media content using Sprinklr Publishing suite+
Establish and sustain day-to-day community management, maintenance
and digital contentQualifications:+ BA/BS degree in Business,
Communications, Marketing or equivalent+ Minimum 2 years of related
digital experience in a marketing, analyst or agency capacity+
Experience developing, planning, launching and analyzing digital
campaigns and marketing plans+ Familiarity with design suites
including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva+ Comfortable working with
MAC OSX and strong knowledge of MS O?ce software & Google Apps+
Social media/advertising copywriting skills are a must+ Excellent
project management and prioritization skills with attention to
detail+ Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics
to guide improvements of future campaigns+ Hands on experience
working with social media management tools, including Sprinklr+
Passion for luxury goods, premium spirits and champagne, lifestyle
and nightlife+ Some travel required (
