SpineSearch is seeking Physician Assistants to join a growing spine and pain practice with locations in the New York Metro Area for one of their neurology doctors. New grads encouraged to apply! Requirements of the Physician Assistant: New York Physician Assistant license Board certification Experience in neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, or pain management preferred. Clinical rotation experience accepted Must be able to travel to all office locations throughout Manhattan, the boroughs, and Long Island Benefits of the Physician Assistant: Full time, Monday through Friday Competitive salary Full suite of benefits Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant: Conducts physical exams, assesses health status, orders, and interprets tests, prescribes medications, and treats illnesses including giving injections. Take a patient's medical history/record demographics Order and interpret tests Conduct physical examinations Diagnose and treat illnesses Write prescriptions Counsel patients on preventative care
