ABOUT Sweetbriar is a lively modern American restaurant bridging the gap between contemporary cuisine and classic favorites, harnessing live-fire cooking and the bounty of New York to create fresh seasonal dishes with impeccable, yet simple presentations. Executive Chef Bryce Shuman, previously of Betony and Eleven Madison Park, has curated a menu featuring farm-fresh seasonal vegetables, expressing their natural essence with charcoal, wood and smoke. The menu will also have local fish and meats using the 'live-fire' method. The restaurantis open for dinner and will open for lunch very soon. . Sweetbriar has commissioned designer Lea Cojot, previously of Rockwell Group and Soho House, to transform the dining room and bar into a fresh and intimate space using woods, zellige and leathers. THE JOB We are seeking qualified bartendersto join our incredible passionate team. Our ideal candidates aregracious, unique and posess a love for hospitality. We are looking for people who know food, wine and excellent service. Creatingspectacular moments for our guests is a requirement.
