Job Description:
-The manager is looking for someone with previous Media and
Advertising experience in billing is a requirement. -Need to
understand how media billing works -Broadcast calendar knowledge
-Spots/dates/timing knowledge when it comes to billing -Work
schedule will be flexible based on work requirements. -Attention to
detail required. -Will need to be onsite Qualifications: 2+ years
of experience in Broadcast and Digital Media. Good understanding of
accounting as it relates to the Media Broadcasting business.
Efficient multitasking and time management skills Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent
communication skills. Working knowledge of accounting principles
and prior experience with Ad Sales and or advertising a plus.
Ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting.
Responsibilities: Process billing adjustment invoices and follow up
on outstanding billing adjustment requests. Corresponding with
sales, answering questions, and resolving billing issues.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of the
billing files and creating the monthly billing files for transfer
into SAP. Month-end billing process may require flexible working
hours. Prepare and email out monthly invoices along with handling
ad hoc requests as it pertains to the billing functions.
