Job Description:

We are looking for smart, organized, and motivated professionals to help manage our growing project and client portfolio. If you are a seasoned Strategist with a client services background and are confident handling multiple work streams, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Work with a portfolio of clients to understand their business, goals, and position yourself as a true partner and advisor
Serve as strategic lead on key projects, and provide stakeholder-level guidance to internal cross-discipline teams and clients.
Conduct competitive and analogous business research and analysis to help inform best practices and recommendations.
Work to find methods to streamline the overall journey by designing great customer experiences and reducing friction or uncertainty in the process
Define, monitor, and audit KPIs behind the full customer journey on an ongoing basis to identify key gaps or issues affecting customer experience
Identify customer experience issues and opportunities across a range of our clients in various industries.
Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and succinct manner.
Create and maintain reporting for tracking key metrics that demonstrate the impact of our work on the overall customer experience
Collaborate closely with the team member in Marketing, Product, Design, and Tech to create a holistic customer journey

Requirements
3-4 years of work experience in customer experience, customer success, user experience research, project management, strategy, or similar functions
Inherent curiosity in how digital experiences work (or fail), and a determination and drive to resolve open questions
Experience with customer journey mapping, experience design, research, and high level data and analytics
Success ownership mentality: have the ability to establish a strong POV and lead conversations confidently
Ability to drive and visualize insights from data
Communication & presentation capabilities - ability to understand and explain complex issues in simple ways, with an eye for business impacts
