Job Description:

SPARC group is looking for a Tableau specialist to join our Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be able to transform raw data into easy to understand data visualizations. They will work to design and develop dashboards to drive key business decisions, as well as maintain existing dashboards. This role will work with cross functional partners to assess reporting needs and develop ad hoc reporting as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer and retail business key performance indicators.Deliver accurate, meaningful, actionable insights through best-in-class data visualizations Assist in standardizing data visualization output across multiple brandsBuild dashboards that easily reveal key takeaways while also supporting deeper dive analysis as neededBe able to provide hands-on training to employees, introducing them to BI tools and ensuring they know how to use themDevelop, design and deploy dashboards and self-service tools to help the teams analyze customer and business performance, as well as discover insightsBuild functional and interactive dashboards to support further analysis and decision makingCreate and maintain a library of data visualizations using all available visualization toolsOngoing QA of all reporting dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliabilityBachelor's degree required1-2 years of experience with data visualizationsExperience in Tableau a must. Experience dealing with large data setsKnowledge of handling databases and proficiency in SQLAnalytic skills coupled with the intellectual curiosity to turn data visualization into actionable insightsTableau certification is a plus but not mandatory.Experience with APIs and creating custom connectors is a plusUnderstanding of basic retail KPIs with retail experience a plus#LI-MH1#assoc
