Your role

We are looking for Java Tech Engineer to:

* provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
* drive the delivery of global components and solutions, design and integrate them in various stages of software development life cycle
* collaborate across IT teams in different locations to deliver software components
* develop and build software components in Java, Azure technologies
* investigate and resolve production issues to maintain a stable production environment

Your expertise

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
* ideally 8 years of hands-on experience in developing high performance, multi-tier Java applications with large scale SQL databases
* experience in performance tuning and fluent in using profiling tools
* hands on experience on Spring boot, J2EE, JMS, REST, SOAP
* prior experience on Azure Cloud Services would be highly preferred
* working experience with Agile methodologies
* working knowledge in tools such as JIRA, GitLab/GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Confluence, etc.
* exposure to Apache/Tomcat, WebSphere on UNIX/Linux environment
