About the Opportunity:

The successful Food & Beverage Cleaner will perform detailed cleaning tasks in both front of the house
and back of the house areas of our vessels, in order to provide a clean and sanitary environment for both shipmates
and guests.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Front of the House (FOH)
  --- Routine and deep cleaning of all FOH areas, including but not limited to floors/carpets, bus stations, bar
  areas, windows, etc.
  --- Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed; this requires movement of dining
  cabin furniture
  Back of the House (BOH)
  --- Routine and deep cleaning of all BOH areas, including but not limited to floors, kitchen prep areas, kitchen
  cooking surfaces, ovens, kitchen equipment, etc.
  --- Operate dish machine- ensure all dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored appropriately
  --- Ensure that dishwasher is in proper working order-responsible for routine cleaning of equipment and
  refilling chemicals as needed
  --- Test and document dish machine temperature and sanitizer daily
• Additional job duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
    --- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
    --- Prior cleaning/janitorial experienced preferred
    --- Must be self-motivated
    --- Must be detail-oriented
