Job Description:
Our client, a market leading US law firm, is looking to hire an
associate for its Private Funds practice group in their New York
office. This is an opportunity to advise investors and fund
managers on secondary transactions and other hybrid private equity
transactions, such as fund restructurings and investments in
private investment fund sponsors. If you are New York admitted with
1-3 years of experience representing Private Fund sponsors and LPs
in fund formation and looking to work on sophisticated structures
attracting multibillion-dollar commitments, we would be interested
to discuss this opportunity with you.
