This position can be located in Chicago metro area, or the NYC/NJ area (only). The purpose of the role is to create new relationships, seed new projects that lead to larger, long- term services relationships, and build bold value propositions relevant to C-Suite executives in the Insurance and/or Capital Markets sectors.This position will be focused on hunting net-new sales targets and new business origination, and closing with the expectation to grow to $10-20M/year in revenue over a 2 year plan. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hunts and develops new business within the Insurance segment and/or Capital Markets segment and high-quality large accounts (e.g., F500)
  • Strong focus on growth and winning new logos with long-term potential and large size TCV deals
  • Builds new CXO connects while nurturing the new client over a period of ramp up time.
  • Understands client problems, offers a solution to deliver business impact by bring the 'best of Wipro' resources
  • Leverage alliances(cloud, digitaletc)and external partnershipsto identify different areas wherejoint proposition/ solutioncan be delivered to a customer
  • Identify key decision makers in client organization and industrytodevelop and strengthen relationships with themandbecome a trusted advisor for them Preferred Experience and Requirements:
    • Senior business development executive with proven track record of breaking new accounts and scaling new IT Services growth within the Insurance and/or Capital Markets sector
      • 15+ years of IT Services Sales experience
      • 8+ years of experience selling IT services/solutions within the Insurance and/or Capital Markets sector(s)
      • Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model and good understanding of customers' business initiatives and its implication on the process and technology landscape
      • Experience monitoring sales trends around the target new clients, market dynamics and incorporate into existing business development strategy and plan.
      • Track-record of increasing deal signing margins through consultative selling, single source deals and a coordinated sales strategy.
