Based in Ramsey, NJ, you will work with the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) to ensure DEI concepts are integrated into the employee experience. This role will lead the planning and facilitation of business resource groups, collaborating with employees, business leaders, and centers of excellence within HR to deepen the impact of our inclusion work across the organization. You will bring subject matter expertise on DEI research and insights, delivering creative and innovative solutions to our employees. A master storyteller, you will highlight our rich history and dynamic business environment to engage both prospective and current employees. You are comfortable interpreting DEI data, unearthing insights that have a meaningful impact on the organization. Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR COEs, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to execute the DEI strategy
  • Lead the design and implementation of business resource groups
  • Plan and facilitate business resource group meetings
  • Drive DEI programs by defining project plans, managing implementation, and launching communications
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to develop and design internal branding across the employee lifecycle aligned to the HR strategy.
  • Maintain DEI communications, including newsletters, and internal websites
  • Partner with Learning & Development to increase participation in DEI learning and training. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Elevate Konica Minolta's external brand reputation by attending diversity career fairs and conferences Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
    • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with high degree of cultural awareness
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one interactions, group situations, and also through presentations and events
    • Excellent project management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights, stories, and visual representations
    • Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, from varying areas of expertise, to drive consensus
    • Ability to deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment within agreed upon timelines under time pressure
    • Proactively seeks feedback and input; actively listens to others and adjusts to maximize effectiveness Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
      • Bachelor's degree (The degree requirement may be waived altogether for a candidate who can successfully demonstrate commensurate professional experience.)
