to day operations of the MMTP (OTP) program and ensures quality patient care,
patient satisfaction, and compliance with all federal, state and city
regulations.Compensation:
$77,000Responsibilities Include:

• 
  
• Provide clinical
  supervision to the counseling staff.
  
• Ensures a full
  orientation program for new counselors and continued competency for
  current counselors.
  
• Conduct in-service training to counseling
  team on evidenced based treatment strategies.
  
• Assist counselors
  to identify methods and treatment approaches utilized to achieve the goal
  developed by the patient and the primary counselor.
  
• Assess training and
  development needs of the Counseling Team.
  
• Monitors medical
  records to ensure compliance with recording standards.
  
• Participates in the
  monitoring required by the Joint Commission
  and OASAS
  Education:
  • 
    
  • A minimum formal education that
    includes a Master's Degree.
    
  • Must be either a CASAC, or
    Licensed Social Worker (LCSW)
    
  • A minimum of two to five (2-5)
    years of supervisory experience.
    
  • A minimum of three (3) years of
    job-related experience with addiction, and recovery.
