The Customer Support III Associate is responsible for ensuring
accurate and timely delivery of loan administrative functions,
including Payoff/Reinstatement quote delivery, ACH and various
account maintenance updates within company, investor, and
regulatory guidelines. The position is responsible for a wide
variety of servicing products and specializations. Some of your key
responsibilities will include: -
- Accurate/timely completion of account update tasks received
through multiple workflow paths.
- Tasks must be completed in compliance with Federal regulatory
standards such as the CFPB guidelines, FCRA, RESPA.
- Conduct account research through the utilization of multiple
company application to properly respond to internal and external
inquires while remaining compliance with government
regulations.
- Process incoming mail items, proper and accurate sorting of
live mail, opening tasks, creating workflows, imaging timely and
within company guidelines.
- Other duties or tasks as assigned by management. What Will You

education and key skills required for the role include:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of prior experience in the mortgage/Financial
industry
- Critical thinking and independent judgement skills
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational, process driven
skills
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously
- Problem solves with minimal supervision
- Intermediate to advanced -knowledge of Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation . The hourly rate is - $20.00-$24.74 - per hour. This
base pay range is specific to Colorado, California, Nevada, New
