What You'll Do
You'll build relationships with business leaders to create a People-First talent acquisition philosophy and process. Technical recruiting is your jam (!) and you'll actively source your current and new networks to find talented folks to join our team.

• Create equitable recruiting practices through scorecards and training that reduce implicit biases in our interview and selection processes
  
• In partnership with the Head of People & Culture, you'll develop, measure, deliver, and iterate on TA metrics that align to the company's goals
  
• Partner with the PeopleOps team members to continuously improve the candidate onboarding experience, develop candidate surveys, and periodically conduct 90-day check-ins with employees
  
• Evaluate external labor market conditions, hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate survey feedback
  
• Contribute to the development of recruiting metrics and analytics to help guide decision-making, measure team productivity + satisfaction
  
• Coach Hiring Managers on talent acquisition hiring practices; ensure hiring managers demonstrate high-quality interview skills and achieve our talent acquisition metrics
  
• Be a champion for Aescape, through events, employer branding (LinkedIn, social media, video, etc.)
  
  What You'll Bring
  
  • 
    
  • A hands-on Talent Acquisition leader, you've led strategic full cycle Talent Acquisition processes, particularly in sourcing US/global talent
    
  • Strong experience in sourcing global Technical Recruiting with familiarity in work sponsorship (visa, immigration)
    
  • Advanced experience leveraging and training others on Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATSs
    
  • Strong communication skills both verbally in writing, you're able to present and effectively communicate with candidates and business leaders using inclusive language to ensure understanding
    
  • Collaboration skills, you easily communicate effectively with diverse audiences
    
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), you're aware of yourself and others
    
  • A driven self-starter who thrives in sometimes ambiguous situations
    
  • A bias for technology, you pride yourself on your ability to learn, adopt, and champion technologies
