We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head of Growth who has a deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible and accountable for creating and executing growth strategies. You should be able to identify market opportunities, create structured and highly effective strategies and execute campaigns to grow our base of superfans. The role is both strategic and hands-on - you should be prepared to lead by example and work with the team on the day-to-day execution.


Responsibilities

• Define, build and execute the strategic growth plan and drive a multi-channel, multi-market growth strategy to deliver on the company's mission across products and services
• Leverage web3 marketing outreach strategies and growth marketing best practices to grow our community and base of superfans
• Proactively identify channel optimization and growth opportunities, surfacing dependencies and blockers to cross-functional partners in marketing, business development, product, and engineering
• Track, analyze, and optimize growth activities
• Organize sponsorships and paid partnerships
• Build an extensive network of partners and KOLs across all relevant channels
• Work cross-functionally to create engaging content to be shared across our organic and paid channels
• Coordinate press opportunities and appearances including podcasts, keynotes, articles, etc
• Provide strategic counsel to the Marketing leadership team on emerging market opportunities, customer trends, product innovation and contribute to decision making
• Manage and mentor the team to scale up successful growth activitiesRequirements
  
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar growth marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant area
  • Successful track record in the building, growing, and managing projects in the web3.0/blockchain/NFT space -
  • Demonstrated management experience including leadership, team building, strategy, analysis, and execution
  • Deep understanding of how to build models, measure outcomes, and understand the impact of your work
  • Be a proven innovator, relentlessly seeking ways to add value through our processes, partnerships, and services
  • Structured, autonomous, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and distributed work environments
  • You're intrinsically interested in web3 and motivated to stay at the bleeding edge of technological and market developments -
