KWT Global is looking for a Content Creator with experience in digital/social media content to join our dynamic and growing social, influencer and digital team. We're looking for someone who can shoot, edit and produce, who knows the social platforms inside and out, and is always pushing for ideas that shake up and progress content strategies.
Working closely with our design, social and PR teams, the Content Creator is a collaborative team player with a strong track record of developing original, creative content who will help to strategize, concept and create content across social media platforms. They will work closely with account teams to ensure we are delivering best-in-class video content, helping to create standout campaigns for our clients.
A Content Creator is someone who:

• Lives and breathes all things social media with a specific passion for video content (ex: TikTok & Instagram Reels)
• Is excited about brand storytelling and bringing campaigns to life on social media
• Has a pulse on all things up-and-coming in the social/digital space
• Stays on top of platform updates and is eager to try new features as they come out
• Can shoot and edit content with ease
• Comfortably works with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery (a collection of photographs, short video clips, animations) to create dynamic assets built for specific social media platforms and audiences
• Can collaborate with our social and design teams to create and alter video, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc. with quick turnaround times
• Easily adapts creative style based on clients' industries, tone, and brand identity
  When working with clients a Content Creator has the ability to:
  • Interface with professionalism and ease, assuming some daily contact and establishing trust when it comes to social and video content creation
  • Manage day-to-day deliverables for clients
  • Identify when additional support from agency or freelance partners is needed to execute more complex asks, and in such cases, serve as a producer to manage and oversee partners and vendors through execution
  • Push the envelope and encourage clients to think outside of the box
    Skills needed to be a successful Content Creator:
    • Excellence in video creation, shooting, editing, and sound editing both in-platform and using software
    • Expert-level proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and other relevant programs
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices and specs/logistics for content creation
    • Organized with excellent project and time management skills
      Our ideal candidate:
      • A minimum 3 years of digital and social media content creation experience with a portfolio of video content including proof of social video creation across all platforms (Bonus: You are, or have been, a content creator for a personal and / or brand account)
      • Willing to travel frequently
      • Understands the dynamics of, and is eager to work in, a fast-paced environment
      • Is passionate about being part of, and enhancing, an existing great company/team culture
      • Possesses a curiosity for testing new content formats and exploring trends
      • Has a sense of humor with a can-do attitude
        Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
