Hello, I am looking for qualified heavy industrial assemblers
who are looking for a 1st role paying up to $35 per hour with OT

free to apply to the posting. Overview--- Mechanical Assembly of
complex mechanical units where a high degree of problem-solving and
extreme care, skilled workmanship, and accuracy are required to
meet strict inspection, testing and operating specifications---
Position, erect, align, level; position sub-assemblies, units, and
separates components and integrate their operations; performs
fitting, aligning, timing, calibrating, and other operations
incidental to the mechanical assembly of the machine.Essential
duties and responsibilities--- Ability to read and follow work
instructions and procedures--- Read and interpret engineering
prints/specifications, electrical schematics, manufacturing
manuals, and/or verbal/written instructions to determine necessary
assembly of machine--- Utilize handheld tools such as wrenches,
screwdrivers, drill guns, crimpers, etc.--- Use a variety of
precision measuring and gauging instruments e.g. scale, calipers,
etc., to inspect and verify conformance of parts to
specifications/tolerances--- Perform quality work checks to ensure
the product meets quality standards--- Discern quality of parts and
materials used in production.--- Identify product defects and
complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified---
Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to
engineering specification changes--- Perform all work in accordance
with quality standards and established safety procedures---
Maintain a clean and safe work area--- Ability to use thinking and
reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to
produce a new concept or idea--- High attention to detail and
self-motivation skills--- Maintain process cycle time to keep pace
with established standards--- Performs basic data entry to update
status of job orders.--- Completes all required documentation and
reports labor accurately and on a timely basis.--- Understands and
complies with safety guidelines, quality system procedures and
housekeeping standards.--- Able to analyze problems and offer
solutions--- Must be able to work well in a team environment and
independentlySkills:Assembly, Mechanical, Electrical, Wiring, Hand
tool, Schematic, Electrical assembly, Blueprint, design-build,
Production, Power tool, Micrometer, Machine building, Must have
basic computer skills. The ability to read and interpret
