Head of Data Analytics

• Analyze statistical data sets and deliver insights to drive revenue initiatives related to marketing spend performance, sales funnels, and customer engagement.
• Establish statistical tools, build explores, and write Persistent Derived Tables (PDTs).
• Build executive reporting tools to provide transparency into business performance.
• Identify statistical data sources for data warehouses, write requirements, and support executing engineers.
• Build financial reporting tools to close month-end books by writing and scheduling SQL queries.
• Define database schemas and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements, as well as write Data Building Tool (DBT) transformations if needed. Define and build data dictionaries, as well as identify product, marketing, and related analytics needs across functional areas. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field plus 6 years of professional experience utilizing data warehousing and business intelligence tools (including SQL, Tableau, DBT, Python, R, ETL, Heap, Looker, AWS technologies, database management and data modeling) and conducting data and statistical analysis to drive business performance. Must also have the following:
    • 6 years of professional experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing.
    • 6 years of professional experience leveraging knowledge of Objective and Key Results (OKR) framework to identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
    • 6 years of professional experience building models using regression analysis and running A/B tests.
    • 6 years of professional experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and frameworks.
      
      Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. Salary: $205,000-$307,800 per year.
