- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
through regular communication and transparency
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our
products and services to customers
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and objectives and
work with our internal teams to deliver effective solutions
- Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful
adoption and usage of our products
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to
improve our products and services
- Monitor and analyze customer usage and behavior data to
identify opportunities for improvements and proactively address
potential issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and
services to effectively communicate their value to customersWho you
are
- 2+ years of experience in customer success management or
account management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw
insights from data
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on
customer satisfactionNice to have
- Experience in automotive or aerospace, or engineering
- Experiences in the AI/ML domain
- The base salary range for San Francisco and New York is $150k -
