  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and transparency
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and objectives and work with our internal teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of our products
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve our products and services
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage and behavior data to identify opportunities for improvements and proactively address potential issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customersWho you are
    • 2+ years of experience in customer success management or account management
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data
    • Experience with CRM and customer support tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfactionNice to have
      • Experience in automotive or aerospace, or engineering
      • Experiences in the AI/ML domain
        • The base salary range for San Francisco and New York is $150k - $170k.Why us
